Can I switch plans later?+
Yes. Change plans anytime from your workspace Billing settings — upgrades and downgrades take effect right away and are prorated on your next invoice.
What happens when my trial ends?+
Essentials and Pro start with a 14-day trial; add a card up front and we bill the plan you chose at its normal monthly price once the 14 days end — no lump sum, and you can cancel before then and pay nothing. Free has no trial and no clock — it stays free.
What happens if I exceed my AI analyses for the month?+
Your alerts keep firing no matter what — monitoring never degrades over a quota. Once you hit the monthly AI-analysis cap, new failures still open defects and page you, just without the AI write-up until the next cycle (or you upgrade).
Can I use the Free plan commercially?+
Yes. Free forever, no trial clock, and commercial use is allowed — it’s a real plan, not a trial dressed up as one.
Do you delete my data if I downgrade?+
No. Your history and configuration stay; anything over your new plan’s limits (extra monitors, for example) is paused, not deleted, so nothing disappears if you upgrade again.
Do you send SMS?+
Yes, for escalation and on-call alerts on Pro and Enterprise — never for marketing. SMS is opt-in per contact and subject to per-country abuse controls.
What counts as a member?+
Anyone you invite to your workspace with their own login. Free includes 1, Essentials up to 3, Pro up to 10, and Enterprise is unlimited.
