Pricing questions
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes. Change plans anytime from your workspace Billing settings — upgrades and downgrades take effect right away and are prorated on your next invoice.
What happens after the 14-day trial?+
You add a card when you start, and when the 14 days end we bill the plan you chose at its normal monthly price — no lump sum. Cancel anytime before the trial ends and you won’t be charged.
What counts as a member?+
Anyone you invite to your workspace with their own login. Essentials includes up to 3 members, Pro up to 10, and Enterprise is unlimited.
Is every module really on every plan?+
Yes — monitoring, crash intelligence, defects, and AI are on Essentials and Pro alike. Plans differ on scale (AI volume, regions, members, and history), not on which modules you get.
