Sub-processors

CleverQA uses the third-party service providers below ("sub-processors") to help deliver the Service. Each one processes customer data only as needed to provide its specific function, under its own data-protection commitments. We keep this list current and update it as our sub-processors change.

02Infrastructure and hosting

• Microsoft Azure (Microsoft Corporation, United States) — cloud hosting and infrastructure: application compute, databases, file and secret storage, and messaging. Primary region: US West.
• Azure Communication Services (Microsoft Corporation, United States) — delivery of transactional and alert emails.

03Product features

• Stripe, Inc. (United States) — payment processing, subscription billing, and invoicing.
• Telnyx LLC (United States) — delivery of SMS messages, such as phone verification and alerts.
• Azure OpenAI Service (Microsoft Corporation, United States) — AI-assisted analysis of crash, defect, and monitoring data.

04Website analytics

• Google LLC (United States) — Google Analytics 4, used on the marketing website and only after you accept analytics cookies.

05Services you connect yourself

When you connect your own accounts — for example Sentry, Firebase Crashlytics, GitHub, Jira, Linear, or Azure DevOps — CleverQA acts on your behalf using the credentials you provide. Those providers are governed by your agreements with them, not by this list.
